Operated by the JUSCUS Community Advancement Network (JCAN), JUSCUS (Justice for Communities United in Support) integrates academic instruction, occupational and leadership development, trauma‑informed supports, and career placement services to dismantle barriers that have historically limited economic mobility for marginalized young adults. We are comprehensive, community‑embedded workforce and education initiative designed to empower at‑risk American youth ages 16 to 24 living in neighborhoods of concentrated poverty, unemployment, and violence across six underserved ZIP codes in Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
